Ten Rules, In Plain Language
These apply to everyone using justalk.chat, in every conversation. They are short on purpose: rules nobody reads protect nobody.
You must be 18 or over. Accounts belonging to minors are removed, and we act on reports immediately.
No means no the first time. Continuing after someone disengages is harassment, not persistence.
No threats, insults, sexual pressure or repeated unwanted contact.
Keep it clothed. This is a conversation platform, not an adult cam site.
Any content or behaviour that sexualises a minor is reported to the authorities. There is no appeal.
Abuse based on race, religion, nationality, gender, sexuality or disability gets you removed.
No money requests, gift cards, crypto, investment pitches or off-platform payment links.
Do not present yourself as someone else, and do not use another person's images.
Recording, screenshotting or streaming another person without permission is grounds for removal.
If someone breaks these rules, leave and report. Do not argue with them on camera.
How reports are handled
A report goes to review against these rules. Depending on what happened, the outcome ranges from a warning to permanent removal. Reports about minors and about sexual exploitation are treated as the highest priority and can involve the authorities.
What happens to you when you report
Nothing. Reporting does not expose your identity to the other person, and it does not affect your own account.
Practical safety habits are on the safety page, and the longer version is in the safety guide.
Guideline questions
What gets an account removed?
Anyone under 18, harassment, nudity or sexual content, sexual exploitation, hate, scams, impersonation, and recording someone without their consent.
Can I appeal a removal?
Contact us through the platform with the details. Removals for minors and for sexual exploitation are not reversed.
Is flirting allowed?
Yes — mutual, adult, consensual flirting is a normal part of the site. Pressure, explicit content and anything that continues after someone says no are not.
What counts as harassment?
Repeated contact after someone disengages, insults, threats, sexual pressure, and abuse based on who someone is. If you would not say it to someone in a room with other people present, do not say it here.
